Eid al-Adha 1446/2025
The Best Ten Days of the Year
The Prophet ﷺ is reported to have said (recorded in Abū Dāwūd),
“There are no days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these days”—meaning the ten [days of Dhul-Ḥijjah]. They said, “O Messenger of Allah, not even jihād in the way of Allah?” He said, “Not even jihād in the way of Allah—except for a man who goes out with his life and wealth and returns with nothing of it.”
